In Leicester we are lucky to have a large and diverse number of poetry events happening regularly in our beautiful city. So we thought it could be fruitful to get the curators of these wonderful live poetry events together to see what brilliant ideas these brilliant minds come up with when combined.

The Leicester Poetry Committee is dedicated to shining the light on poetry in our city and the poets who write here.

We're focusing on creative collaboration and partnership building.
